Dear Grundy R-V Families,

We are excited to introduce a new and more convenient way to complete your student's annual registration for the 2026-2027 school year!

Beginning this year, Grundy R-V School District will be using the TeacherEase Parent Portal for all returning student registration. This new process allows parents and guardians to complete most of their student's annual registration electronically, making registration faster, easier, and more convenient.

Online Registration will be open from July 22, 2026, through September 4, 2026.

To begin the registration process, simply log in to your TeacherEase Parent Portal account and click on Online Registration. You will then be guided through each step of the process.

During online registration, you will be asked to:

Review and update your family's contact information.
Verify emergency contacts.
Review your student's information.
Complete and submit the required electronic forms.

Returning Grundy R-V Students: simply login to your TeacherEase Parent Portal and complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION form.

New Grundy R-V Students (who are siblings of current students): parents can add a student who will be enrolling when they go to register their current student.

While most forms will be completed online, a few documents require a handwritten signature. These paper forms will be available for pickup in the Elementary Office or the High School Office beginning Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Any paper forms may be picked up and/or returned during one of the following events:

Walk-In Registration: Thursday, August 13th and Friday, August 14th from 8:00-2:00 pm
Elementary parents may contact the office or stop by to get assistance with online registration.
JH/HS Students may finalize their schedules and get a copy.

Open House on Thursday, August 20, 2026
Elementary: 5:30-6:30 pm
JH/HS: 6:00-7:00 pm

On the first day of school, Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

If you have not yet created a TeacherEase Parent Portal account or need assistance accessing your account, please contact the high school office. We will be happy to help you access your account and answer any questions you may have about the new registration process.

Completing your student's registration promptly helps us prepare class rosters, transportation, meal services, and other important school information before the school year begins. We encourage all families to complete the online registration as early as possible.

Grundy R-V School classrooms, hallways, and the gymnasium will be closed for the remainder of the month. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as they prepare our building for the upcoming school year.

The High School Office will remain OPEN. If you need access to another area of the building, please check in with the office first to ensure the space is accessible.

With the Galt fair taking place this week, we ask that all visitors check in at the office before entering the building. This helps protect the newly finished floors while our maintenance staff completes their work.

The Grundy R-V District is proposing an after school program for elementary students. The cost of the program would be $50 per week (per child). Hours would be Monday from 7:30 am -5:30 pm and Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 pm -5:30 pm.
